My very first easy chocolate cake

I think this recipe is the first I made by myself when I was a kid. I still do it for birthdays, kids afternoon snacks or when I have last minute guests. It's super easy but still so yummy!

 

Market check list for 6 people :

- 200 grs of black chocolate (I use the basic 70% baking chocolate)

- 200 grs of butter 

- 4 eggs

- 250 grs of sugar

- 3 tablespoons of flour

 

Melt the chocolate with the butter, using the micro-wave or a bain-marie. Doing this time, mix the eggs together with the sugar until the preparation becomes a bit white. Mix the 2 preparations and finish adding the flour.

Bkae your cake for 20 minutes at 200°C (check if it's cooked enough with a knife, if it comes out of the cake dry the cake is ready). The inside is going to be very fondant.

You can make some individual cakes with a liquide chocolate heart by putting 1 chocolate square in the middle of each mold).
